Victoria learned clot behind his tongue is a dangerous cancer.
"I think it's just a regular sore throat , and it would disappear on its
own , " said Victoria , who lives with her husband , Gareth ( 54 ) , in

Victoria’s mother then forced him to visit a doctor. Surprisingly,
according to Victoria, the doctor said to her, “sloppy bitch! Why come to the
doctor now? " . Jean- Pierre Jeannon , consultant head and neck surgeon at
London Bridge Hospital , said the glands that grow in different cancers by
ordinary sore throat . Clumps of cancer cells continue to grow and the pain
tends not stay in one place. June this year, Victoria underwent MRI and biopsy.
From here she knows she has a two -stage oral cancer, which is caused by HPV.
This virus is suspected from oral sex and French kiss. But Victoria
was lucky; the cancer has not spread the virus to other body parts. She also
underwent all kinds of therapy and treatment, and is now healthy again.
“I lost 60 percent of my sense of taste. My Mouth become
very dry, and makes me not able to eat my favorite foods: bread, cake, meat,
and chocolate. Please do this, check the palate, the tongue, the bottom of the tongue,
up the walls inside of your cheek. If you feel any different, do not delay to
consult a doctor, "said Victoria.
It turns out Victoria
is not alone. A survey by the British Dental Health Foundation and Denplan
found from 2,000 respondents surveyed, none know the causes and signs of tongue
cancer or oral cancer. They guessed the causes of oral cancer are smoking, alcohol,
poor diet, and papillomavirus.
Over the last 10 years, an increase in the death rate from
oral cancer by 50 percent, compared to cervical cancer and testicular cancer. Approximately
6,500 patients were successfully diagnosed, but most lead to fatal because they
are not aware of the cancer.
